Inactive public employee
The inactive public employee is obliged to contribute to the Social Security. But, in case they have any disabling disease, they are entitled to a discount on the social security contribution, of 11% on the amount that exceeds the maximum established for the INSS benefits or twice this amount in case of a patient of a disabling disease.
